About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Fabric Architect to design, architect, and implement enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL, PySpark/Python, and modern cloud data platforms. This role requires strong architectural experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive end-to-end data transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement scalable data platforms using Microsoft Fabric.
- Design and develop end-to-end data ingestion, transformation, and analytics solutions.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric Data Factory.
- Design Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Real-Time Analytics solutions within Fabric.
- Develop high-performance data transformation processes using PySpark and Python.
- Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
- Establish data governance, security, and performance optimization strategies.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and best practice implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects,



and leadership teams.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance on cloud data solutions.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of overall IT experience in Data & Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Strong programming experience in PySpark and Python.
- Experience designing Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Data Engineering solutions.
- Good understanding of Delta Lake, Spark optimization, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2).
- Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL/ELT frameworks, and orchestration.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of large-scale data workloads.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Microsoft Azure Certifications.
- Experience with Power BI and Fabric Analytics.

Qualifications
