Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Analyze test results and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaboration tools.
- Experience with RMS and other relevant technologies is an added advantage.
