TecheonIT is looking for a skilled Pre-Sales & Sales Enablement Manager to support its sales team throughout the sales cycle. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, validating solutions, and developing sales enablement materials to improve sales effectiveness and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client discovery meetings, understand business requirements, and define project scope.
- Support Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives, and the Sales Manager throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, pitch decks, sales playbooks, and product one-pagers.
- Validate project requirements, solution feasibility, effort estimates, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams for pricing, commercial proposals, and negotiations.
- Maintain standardized proposal templates and an updated proposal repository.
- Ensure compliance with internal proposal approval processes.




- Achieve proposal turnaround within 24 hours, maintain at least 95% proposal quality, and keep post-submission rework below 10%.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2 - 5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales enablement, or solution selling.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services and consulting.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cybersecurity.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, business analysis, consultative selling, and proposal management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to prepare qualified presentations and communicate with senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Microsoft Office, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, as required.
