Job Title: Team Lead Hospital Billing (Rejections & Edits)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 6 - 9 Years
Industry: Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing

HB Rejections & Edits Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day HB Rejections & Edits operations and team performance.

* Ensure productivity, quality, TAT & SLA adherence.

* Monitor and analyze rejection/edit trends and ensure timely resolution.

* Conduct quality checks, team huddles and performance reviews.

* Provide coaching, feedback and support to team members.

* Handle escalations and coordinate with QA, Training, AR & other teams.

* Prepare and share MIS / performance reports.

* Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.

* Ensure adherence to client guidelines, process and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

* Strong experience in US Healthcare RCM Hospital Billing.

* Hands-on experience in Rejections & Edits.

* Prior Team Leader / people-management experience.

* Positive communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
