Key Responsibilities

- Prepare HSD and FTTx designs to client standards.
- Check designs for accuracy and compliance (QC roles).
- Give technical guidance and train team members (SME roles).
- Lead teams and manage delivery timelines and client communication (Lead roles).
- Deliver work on time with high accuracy.

Requirements

- Diploma or Graduate
- 1 to 15+ years of telecom design experience
- Skills in HSD, FTTx, HLD/LLD or Permitting
- A quality-first, detail-oriented approach
- Able to join immediately or soon
