Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Outbound Sales.
- Candidates should have experience in calling, lead generation, customer follow-ups and sales conversion.
- Candidates from any industry are welcome.
- Experience in Hotel / Hospitality or Real Estate will be an added advantage.
- Must be currently based in Hyderabad.
- Telugu, English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
- Should have positive communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Should be comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
- Male and Female candidates are eligible.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.




- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer details and sales records.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth sales closure.

Preferred Profile

Education: Any Graduate / Diploma
Experience: 1+ years in Outbound Sales / Telesales / Business Development
Languages: Telugu + English + Hindi
Location: Hyderabad candidates preferred
Industry: Any industry; Hotel/Hospitality & Real Estate experience is an advantage.
