Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and patient inquiries.
- Identify and address root causes of denials through effective communication with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
- Utilize revenue cycle management tools to track and analyze AR aging reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues related to claims processing.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-3 years of experience in US Healthcare industry or BPO/Call Centre setting.
- Strong understanding of AR calling principles, denial handling, and revenue cycle management best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
