Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Architect to lead the architectural design and deployment of enterprise microservices and AI-powered platforms. In this role, you will bridge traditional backend engineering with modern Generative AI / Agentic systems.

The ideal candidate is a Core Python Engineer firstexpert in building production-grade microservices with FastAPI / Django, event-driven pipelines, and cloud backend architectures—who actively integrates LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI workflows into customer-facing and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Backend Architecture & Microservices: Design, build, and deploy production microservices and asynchronous task runners using Python (FastAPI, Django, AsyncIO).
- AI Platform & Agentic Integration: Architect RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration workflows (LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, CrewAI), and LLM API integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Amazon Bedrock).
- Systems & Event-Driven Integration: Implement resilient background job processing, event messaging (Kafka, Redis Queue, Celery, SQS/RabbitMQ), circuit breakers, and rate-limiting.
- Cloud & Platform Engineering: Deploy scalable, containerized workloads on AWS/GCP/Azure using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), CI/CD pipelines, and IaC (Terraform).




- Technical Leadership & Code Quality: Conduct strict code and architecture reviews, enforce clean API contracts (REST/GraphQL), establish telemetry/observability (OpenTelemetry, LangFuse), and guide React/full-stack teams on application integration.

Must-Have Requirements

1. Primary Focus – Core Python Application Development: 8+ years of hands-on software engineering with extensive expertise building enterprise backend applications in Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask). (Note: Data Engineering-only or DS/ML-only candidates will not be considered).
2. Generative AI & Agentic Systems Integration: Proven track record of shipping production AI features—RAG pipelines, Vector DBs (pgvector, OpenSearch, Chroma, Pinecone), LangGraph/LangChain, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
3. Cloud Native & Microservices: Hands-on experience with cloud microservices on AWS, Azure, or GCP, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and async task orchestration.
4. API Strategy & Security: Deep experience with REST/GraphQL, OAuth2, JWT, API Gateways, rate-limiting, and error/retry management.
