Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of US IT Recruiter. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply. Candidates should have basic knowledge of US IT recruitment, including visa types, US time zones, locations, and employment types.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Have basic knowledge of US work authorization categories, including H-1B, Green Card (GC), USC, EAD, and OPT.
- Understand US time zones, including EST, CST, MST, and PST.
- Have basic knowledge of US employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Communicate with candidates to understand their skills, experience, availability, and work authorization.




- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of US IT recruitment or US staffing.
- Understanding of US visa types, time zones, locations, and employment types.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-oriented environment.

Shift Requirement

Candidates must be comfortable working from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST, aligned with US business hours.
