Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the US Healthcare domain, particularly in Claims Processing, Claims Adjudication, Medical Billing, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, streamlining healthcare workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions. Experience with RPA tools, especially UiPath, will be an added advantage.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the US Healthcare domain.
- Solid understanding of US healthcare claims processing and claims adjudication workflows.




- Hands-on experience or strong functional knowledge of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Familiarity with healthcare payer and provider operations.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
- Proficiency in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
