About the role
BINTLO's QR menu stands sit on 10,000+ restaurant tables across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with every scan counted live. You will sell advertising space on these tables to brands across both states, including retail chains, jewellers, hospitals, educational institutions, real estate developers, FMCG companies and film production houses.

40,000 fixed + 6,000 fuel/phone + 10% of every rupee collected. Guaranteed 55,000/month for the first 3 months. About 90,000/month at target.

What you'll do

- Build your own pipeline of advertisers through field visits, calls and referrals
- Meet 6 to 8 decision-makers a day and hold real conversations, not brochure drop-offs
- Present proposals, negotiate and close deals
- Stay with your clients after the sale: share campaign reports, drive renewals and upsells
- Own a monthly revenue target of 5 lakh

What we're looking for

- 3+ years in field sales, ideally B2B, advertising, media, or anything sold to business owners
- Fluent Telugu and comfortable in English; Hindi is a plus




- A real track record of closing, with numbers you can talk through
- Existing relationships with local businesses or agencies are a solid advantage
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
- Comfortable working independently without daily supervision
- Graduate in any discipline. An MBA is welcome but not required; we care more about what you've closed.

What we pay

- 40,000 fixed per month
- 10% incentive on all revenue you bring in, once you reach 5 lakh in a month
- 90,000 a month at target, with no upper limit above it
- Fuel and phone reimbursed on actuals
