Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Electrical Manager to manage electrical installation, integration, testing, and commissioning activities for a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The candidate should have strong practical field experience in transformers, inverters, HT/LT systems, electrical panels, cabling, and grid connectivity.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant field experience.
- Candidates with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8 - 12 years of strong relevant field experience may also be considered
- Relevant experience in BESS projects, electrical installation, commissioning, or power infrastructure is preferred.
- Solid hands-on experience with transformers, inverters, HT/LT systems, grid connection, and electrical commissioning.
- Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

• Transformer manufacturing/service companies
• Electrical transmission/line installation companies
• Inverter companies
• Solar power plants
• Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects
• Electrical EPC/project companies

Skills Required:

- Strong practical/field-oriented electrical knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of BESS.
- Sound understanding of grid synchronization and electrical protection systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment and site issues.
- Good understanding of electrical safety and statutory requirements.




- Ability to coordinate and manage field teams.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to guide, mentor, and supervise junior employees and field staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at the project site.
- Handle the integration and connection of inverters, transformers, BESS systems, HT/LT panels, and the external power grid.
- Supervise grid connectivity, synchronization, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure proper installation and connection of electrical cables, switchgear, protection systems, and related equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely corrective action.
- Prepare and present project progress and electrical reports to the Director/Management.
- Create/ Read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical drawings, and technical specifications.
- Guide, train, and supervise junior employees and field staff to ensure effective execution of electrical activities.
