Role & responsibilities
Adapter
What you will do:
* Fit each line to the actor's mouth, pauses and timing on screen
* Tag emotion (angry, whisper, laugh) so the AI voice performs the line right
* Put each line under the right character; fix speaker mix-ups
* Shorten or rephrase in the tool, generate, listen, and redo until it plays naturally
* Meet daily line targets
Senior Adapter
Al Adapter work, plus: QC other adapters for sync and emotion, own a film end to end (characters, voices, style), train current adapters, and handle songs, comedy and crowd scenes. Needs 2 to 3+ years in dubbing, editing, direction or post-production.
Preferred candidate profile
A good ear for performance and timing, a good understanding of the source language (Hindi / English), and comfort with computers.
