Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UK Recruiter who has strong knowledge of the UK recruitment market and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with candidates and clients, handling recruitment processes independently, and working in a hybrid office environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and UK market standards.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates' communication skills, experience availability, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Requirements

- Previous experience in UK Recruitment / UK Staffing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Valuable understanding of the UK recruitment process and market.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment. (3 Days a week)
- Must be willing to come to the office as per the company's hybrid-work schedule.
