Position: Senior Associate Domestic Sales
CTC: 20–25% Hike | Maximum up to 7 LPA
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Experience: 3+ Years
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 5 Days | 2 Rotational/Weekly Offs
Transport: 2-Way Cab Provided
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 10 Days
Relieving Letter: Mandatory
Languages: Pure Hindi + English Communication Mandatory

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of experience in Direct Sales / Consultative Sales
- Experience in EdTech, Educational Sales, Admissions, Counselling, or similar customer-facing sales preferred
- Excellent Hindi and English verbal and written communication skills




- Proven experience in managing the complete sales/enrolment journey
- Robust expertise in lead follow-up, counselling, lead nurturing, and conversion
- Ability to create urgency, handle customer requirements, and drive sales closures through a consultative approach
- Strong customer-handling and objection-handling skills
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad location
