Required Skills & Experience

- 1220 years of overall experience, with significant experience in Product Management, Product Leadership, Solutioning, or related roles.
- Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and end-to-end product delivery.
- Robust experience translating complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Architecture, Design, QA, Data, and Business teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple products, initiatives, or complex solution areas.
- Strong understanding of product metrics, KPIs, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.




- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, MS Excel, PowerPoint, or similar product/project management tools.
- Preferred Experience

- Experience in Insurance , AgriTech, or other technology-driven industries.
- Experience working on digital transformation or enterprise-scale technology products.
- Exposure to APIs, cloud platforms, microservices, data platforms, AI/ML, or other modern technology ecosystems.
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
