Loan Origination Systems (LOS) Analyst - Encompass Specialist
A strong technical LOS professional skilled in configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and workflow enhancements across Encompass and other major loan origination platforms.

About the Role

We re seeking a hands-on LOS Analyst/Engineer with solid experience supporting loan origination systems-ideally Encompass. This role focuses on system configuration, workflow optimization, technical troubleshooting,



and integration support while ensuring smooth operations across the mortgage lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support LOS platforms, primarily Encompass.

- Improve workflows and assist in configuring business rules.

- Provide technical support, handle issue resolution, and execute system testing.

- Support and maintain integrations between LOS platforms and third-party systems.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including release notes.

Qualifications

Required:

- Experience with multiple LOS platforms including Encompass, MeridianLink, Calyx, LendingSpace, and Empower.

- Foundational technical skills in SQL, XML, APIs, and system configuration.

- Solid understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

- Deep, hands-on Encompass-specific experience (highly preferred).

- Exposure to SDK or API-based integrations.
