Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Build workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.
- Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
- Configure and customize HRSD, CSM, SPM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, or other platform modules.
- Create integrations with third-party systems through REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
- Develop and maintain Service Portal, Employee Center, and Workspace components.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolution.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.




- Perform platform upgrades and impact assessments.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development.
- Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following:
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM)
- Security Operations (SecOps)
- App Engine Development

- Solid knowledge of:

- JavaScript
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- Service Portal
- UI Builder
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- ACLs and Security

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience in Scoped Applications and Application Development.
