Job Summary:

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep Encompass LOS expertise to help optimize loan origination processes and drive system-level enhancements. This role focuses on improving workflows, supporting implementations, and ensuring operational alignment with mortgage regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into effective Encompass configurations.

- Evaluate and refine Encompass workflows, milestones,



and related LOS processes.

- Support testing activities for current features, integrations, and platform enhancements.

- Develop clear documentation, including process maps, use cases, and user guides.

- Partner closely with architects and developers to support solution delivery.

- Maintain compliance with mortgage regulatory standards throughout all efforts.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass or other LOS workflows.

- Strong understanding of the loan origination lifecycle.

- Proven experience working with personas, business rules, and pipeline management.

- Excellent analytical abilities and strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other test management tools.
