- End-to-end knowledge of Denial Management
- Strong experience in AR follow-up with insurance payers
- Ability to analyze EOBs and identify underpayments or denials
- Expertise in CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms
- Knowledge of payer guidelines and billing regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in working on aging AR (30/60/90/120 days)
- Strong documentation and claim status updating skills
- Familiarity with US healthcare insurance processes
- Focus on service excellence for patients, clients, and stakeholders
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 Year of experience into AR Calling(Physician Billing) and denial management.
- Excellent communication skills
