Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality Finite Element (FE) models using HyperMesh.
- Perform geometry cleanup, midsurface extraction, and 2D/3D meshing.
- Conduct structural simulations and analysis using ANSYS.
- Apply material properties, loads, and boundary conditions for simulation studies.
- Review and interpret simulation results and provide engineering insights.
- Prepare technical reports and analysis documentation.
- Ensure FE model quality by adhering to CAE standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support automotive product development activities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

- Basic knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Hands-on exposure to HyperMesh and ANSYS through academic projects, internships, training programs, or certifications.




- Understanding of Mechanics of Materials and Strength of Materials.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for Automotive CAE and Simulation Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E./B.Tech in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automobile Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Freshers from the batches of 2024, 2025, and 2026 are eligible to apply.
- Minimum 65% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA throughout academics (preferred).
- No active backlogs at the time of application.
