Experience: 8+ years of relevant SAP experience, the majority in SAP FI with a focus on indirect tax, withholding tax and statutory reporting.

Role Summary

Quadric IT is hiring three SAP FICO consultants to support tax, legal and statutory requirements. Every company code has to charge and record tax correctly, meet local reporting obligations and give tax authorities and auditors the evidence they ask for.

Key Responsibilities

Tax configuration

- Design, configure and support tax procedures, tax codes, tax accounts and tax jurisdiction set-up where relevant.
- Work with SD and MM consultants on tax determination in sales and purchasing documents, including condition records and tax classifications.
- Configure and support withholding tax types, codes and reporting where required.

Statutory and compliance reporting

- Support VAT and other indirect tax returns and related listings produced from SAP, and reconcile them to the ledger.
- Support statutory reporting requirements for each legal entity (company code),



including local accounting and document requirements.
- Support electronic invoicing and electronic reporting obligations where they apply to the business.

Change, control and enablement

- Analyse the SAP impact of tax and regulatory changes with tax specialists, and plan and deliver the configuration changes.
- Resolve tax posting and reporting issues, write functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces, and support testing.
- Support tax audits and authority requests with system evidence, and train tax and finance users.

Required Skills AND Experience

- 8+ years of relevant SAP experience, mainly in SAP FI, with sustained hands-on indirect tax configuration and support.
- Solid knowledge of tax procedures, tax codes and tax determination across SD and MM documents.
- Practical experience with withholding tax and with tax and statutory reporting from SAP.
