JOB DESCRIPTION HEAD – PMC – PEB

Position: Head – Project Management & Coordination (PMC)
Department: Project Management / Operations
Location: Hyderabad / Project Sites
Experience: 15–20 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering
Reporting To: Business Head / General Manager – Operations

Job Summary

Responsible for overall planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of PEB projects from order receipt to final handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, cost, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor end-to-end PEB project execution.
- Coordinate with Design, Detailing, Procurement, PPC, Production, Quality, Dispatch, Erection, and Finance teams.
- Manage client and consultant coordination, approvals, technical queries, and project reviews.
- Monitor engineering, material procurement, production, dispatch, and site erection progress.
- Identify project delays, risks, and bottlenecks and ensure timely corrective action.




- Monitor project costs, variations, billing, and commercial requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Lead and manage the PMC/Project Management team.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide MIS reports to management.
- Monitor site execution, manpower, resources, erection progress, and snag closure.
- Ensure timely project completion, handover, documentation, and commercial closure.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in PEB / structural steel project execution.
- Excellent project planning and execution skills.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive knowledge of PEB manufacturing, dispatch, and erection.
- Strong analytical, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and ERP systems.
