Role & responsibilities

Strong knowledge of IBM DataStage ETL processes and Data Warehousing concepts

Experience with LinuxUnix administration and shell scripting

Handson experience with DataStage installation configuration upgrades and migrations

Knowledge of ControlM ServiceNow and ITIL processes

Experience with job automation REST APIs and workflow orchestration

Understanding of performance tuning and troubleshooting DataStage jobs

Strong analytical communication and customerfacing skills

Banking domain experience is preferred

Roles Responsibilities

Install configure and maintain IBM DataStage environments

Perform DataStage upgrades patches and migrations

Manage project creation user provisioning and access management

Monitor schedule and support DataStage jobs and workflows

Troubleshoot job failures performance issues and environmentrelated incidents

Support production deployments and change management activities

Configure runtime parameters environment variables and connectivity components





Collaborate with ETL developers to optimize data integration workflows

Perform health checks housekeeping activities and capacity monitoring

Ensure platform security compliance audit readiness and documentation

Participate in incident problem and change management processes

Provide 24x7 L2 support and support critical monthend and business activities

Positive to Have

AIX administration knowledge

Netezza DB2 Oracle or SQL Server exposure

Cloud migration experience

Experience leading a small support team and interacting directly with customers
