Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Perform coding, testing, debugging, and production support activities.
- Work on batch and online transaction processing systems.
- Conduct impact analysis, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for application enhancements and releases.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
- Positive knowledge of VSAM and Mainframe utilities.
- Experience in production support, incident resolution, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of SDLC, change management, and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience.
- Exposure to IMS, MQ Series, Endevor/Changeman.
- Experience with Mainframe modernization and API integration initiatives.
