Role: Team Leader – Operations
CTC: 20–25% hike on last CTC | Up to 10 LPA
Qualification: Any Graduation – Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 4 Years in International Banking Voice Process
Team Leader Experience: Minimum 1 Year (On-Paper Mandatory)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
Transport: Available

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience in International Voice – Banking.
- Experience handling a team of 15–20 members.
- Robust knowledge of banking and customer service operations.
- Hands-on experience in KPI, SLA, and performance management.
- Excellent escalation handling, leadership, and people management skills.
- Hyderabad candidates only; candidates within 25 KM preferred.
