Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
* Search and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
* Make calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.
* Screen candidates based on basic skills and requirements.
* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
* Maintain candidate details and update recruitment trackers.
* Work with the team to achieve daily calling and sourcing targets.
* Learn basic US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
Requirements
* Freshers from any graduation background can apply.
* Valuable communication skills in English.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Basic knowledge of IT concepts
