Hiring for Voice and Accent Trainer || 7.5 Lpa || Hyd ||

Graduate with 3-5 years of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer, Communication Trainer, or similar role within a BPO, Customer Service, or Contact Centre setting.

• Excellent command over spoken and written English.

• Strong understanding of phonetics, accent neutralization,

pronunciation, and communication coaching techniques.

• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder

management skills.

• Experience in conducting communication assessments and calibration sessions.

• Ability to analyze performance data and implement targeted training interventions.

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LMS platforms is an advantage.

Shifts : Night Shifts , 5 Days Working

CTC : 7.5 Lpa

Cab : 2 Way Cab
