Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for infrastructure automation

- Automate provisioning, configuration management, patching, and deployment activities

- Work with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) / Tower for job orchestration

- Integrate Ansible with tools like ServiceNow, Splunk, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines

- Design reusable and scalable automation frameworks

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of automation workflows

- Ensure best practices such as idempotency, error handling, tagging, and version control

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities

- Create documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer sessions
Technical Requirement
- Ansible Collections - Build and manage structured, reusable automation components.

- AWX / Ansible Tower (AAP) - Configure job templates, workflows, RBAC, and credentials.

- CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI,



Azure DevOps) - Integrate Ansible into automated pipelines.

- Vault Tools (Ansible Vault, HashiCorp Vault) - Secure secrets and sensitive variables.

- Cloud & Platform Modules - Automate AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Kubernetes resources.
Additional Responsibility
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible

- Valuable knowledge of Linux/Unix administration

- Experience with YAML, Jinja2 templating, and Git

- Understanding of REST APIs and integrations

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
