**Experience:** Fresher and Minimum 6 Months in Recruitment

**Salary**

** For Freshers: 13,000 to 15,000 + Incentives

For Experienced:

**• First 3 Months: Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives**

**• From 4th Month: Up to 35,000 Take-Home + Incentives**

**• Salary revision from the 4th month will be based on performance during the first 3 months.**

**• Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.**

**• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.**

**• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.**

**• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.**

**• Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.**

**• Coordinate with the internal team and hiring managers.**

**• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.**
