Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers: Eligible to apply
- Experienced Candidates: Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience
- Education: Undergraduates / Graduates
- Communication: Positive verbal communication skills in English
- Shift: Night shifts
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
- Cab Facility: One-way cab facility available within a 15 km radius.

Salary Package





- Freshers: 3.00 LPA
- Experienced: 3.25 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist international customers with their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Meet defined productivity and performance targets.
