Job Description

We are looking for experienced Content Moderators to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Content Moderation and be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.

* Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates platform policies.

* Ensure accuracy and consistency while reviewing content.

* Handle sensitive or potentially inappropriate content professionally.

* Maintain required quality, productivity, and accuracy standards.

* Escalate complex or unclear cases to the appropriate teams.

* Stay updated with process guidelines and policy changes.

* Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Content Moderation.





* Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.

* Good English communication and comprehension skills.

* Solid attention to detail and decision-making ability.

* Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.

* Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad.
