We are hiring experienced professionals with strong exposure to US Mortgage / Default Loan Servicing for opportunities based in Salem, Hyderabad & Bangalore

Function: Mortgage Solutions / Default Servicing

Role: Senior Associate

Time: 5pm to 2am

Work from Office:

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle activities related to US Mortgage / Default Servicing processes.
- Meet defined process KPIs and turnaround timelines.
- Review and process mortgage-related documents accurately.
- Perform process audits and identify gaps or exceptions.
- Support remediation and process improvement activities.
- Maintain compliance with company and applicable process standards.
- Prepare reports and provide observations/recommendations.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and attend production calls when required.

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

- Default Mortgage Servicing
- Foreclosure / Pre-Foreclosure
- Loss Mitigation / Loss Mit Claims




- US Mortgage Operations
- Mortgage & Title Documents
- Loan Documentation / Loan Servicing

Eligibility

- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Relevant experience in US Mortgage and/or Title documents
- Default Loan Servicing experience is highly preferred.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and ability to meet timelines
- Candidates with Foreclosure or Loss Mitigation Claims experience will have an advantage
- Candidates who can join within 30 to 45 days / early joiners may be preferred based on the requisition requirement
