- 3-8 years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, or Credit & Collections.
- Strong knowledge of Billing, Invoicing, Collections, Cash Application, and Reconciliation.
- Experience working on SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.
- Valuable understanding of accounting concepts and financial controls.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting).
- Experience in Shared Services/BPO environment preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
