Job DescriptionA day in the life of an Infoscion

- As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design cutting-edge solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.

- You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.

- You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design

- You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines

- Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.

Roles & Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain SAP environments including Development, QA, Production and DR systems.
- Install, configure and support SAP landscapes and third-party tools.
- Perform SAP Basis administration activities including transports, kernel upgrades, support packs and system refreshes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.




- Support SAP HANA administration and Solution Manager activities.
- Participate in implementation, migration and upgrade projects.
- Work with cross-functional and global teams to deliver business requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and organizational initiatives.
Technical Requirement- Minimum 2 years of SAP Basis experience.
- Experience in SAP system monitoring and administration.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP Business Suite.
- Experience in system refreshes and restore activities.
- Exposure to SAP Solution Manager.
- Basic understanding of OS/DB administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.
Additional ResponsibilityPreferred Skills:-
- SAP Certification.
- Exposure to SAP upgrades, migrations and cloud environments.
