Role & responsibilities

DFT Engineers with 38 years of experience for Bangalore and Hyderabad locations.

Key Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience in DFT, Scan, ATPG, DFT DRC and Coverage Closure
- Experience in Scan Compression, MBIST/LBIST and JTAG/Boundary Scan
- Good exposure to Cadence/Siemens DFT tools
- Scripting knowledge in Tcl/Perl/Python
- Candidates with SoC/Block-level DFT implementation and sign-off experience preferred
- Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred

CTC Range:

- 34 years: Up to 18 LPA
- 4–5 years: Up to 22 LPA
- 5+ years: Case-to-case basis
