Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Development Lead to lead our development team, drive platform strategy, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on technical expertise, architecture experience, and proven leadership skills across ServiceNow implementations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring adherence to development best practices and coding standards.
- Define and execute the ServiceNow development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy ServiceNow applications, workflows, service catalogs, and integrations.
- Provide technical leadership across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom applications.
- Drive platform governance, security controls, architectural standards,



and design frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead complex integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, LDAP, and MID Server.
- Implement automation and advanced workflows using ServiceNow capabilities, including AI/ML.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, enterprise security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee platform upgrades, patching, performance optimization, and stability.
- Collaborate with Transformation and Operations teams to drive continuous service improvement and platform lifecycle management.
