Writer Information is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat Process Associates to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates to start their career in the BPO/ITES industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat support.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve queries professionally.
- Maintain good communication and customer service standards.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must have completed graduation.
- Degree certificate is mandatory.
- Eligible graduation batches: 2022 to 2026.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in a chat-based customer support process.

Salary

12,000 – 14,000 per month, depending on interview performance and candidate profile.
