Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Blister Operator to operate and maintain blister packing machines in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Almac-2000, IMA PG, Rotovac 201, and Shrine machines, along with knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging operations and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and handle blister packing machines, including Almac-2000, IMA PG, Rotovac 201, and Shrine.
- Perform machine setup, changeover, and line clearance as per approved procedures.
- Ensure proper blister forming, tablet/capsule feeding, sealing, cutting, and packing quality.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain the required production speed and output.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper coding, batch details, and packaging material usage.
- Maintain batch packing records and machine logbooks as per SOPs.
- Follow cGMP, safety guidelines,



and pharmaceutical packaging procedures.
- Minimize product rejection, packing material wastage, and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and the Quality Assurance (QA) team during packing operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the machine and surrounding area.
- Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, and deviations to the concerned supervisor.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical blister packing operations.
- Practical knowledge of Almac-2000, IMA PG, Rotovac 201, and Shrine machines.
- Knowledge of machine setting, changeover, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, line clearance, and batch documentation.
- Ability to identify blister packing defects and maintain product quality.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
