Role: Senior IBM Guardium/Imperva Administrator

IBM Guardium ( Database Logging and Monitoring )

Role Purpose

Provide technical expertise for on-prem database security tooling ("IBM Guardium" - DAM ( Database Activity Management) , "Tenable Nessus" for Database compliance monitoring ) in a 24x7 production and infrastructure support workplace. Active involvement in incident recovery, drive problem management and service improvements, and ensure tooling remains stable, secure, and compliant across enterprise infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Extensive infrastructure production support experience in a 24x7 enterprise environment (incident, problem, change).
- Strong troubleshooting across on-prem infrastructure: OS, network connectivity, certificates/TLS, identity/service accounts, storage,



and performance.
- Hands-on administration and troubleshooting on Unix/Linux and Windows (services, processes, logs, scheduling, permissions, patching basics).
- Strong documentation discipline: runbooks, SOPs, RCA reports, and operational metrics.
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tooling and integrations (dashboards, alerting, event forwarding).
- Must Have:

- Guardium/ Imperva for logging and monitoring
- Migration work
- Infrastructure side Linux and unix area candidate should have experience.
