Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and aggressive US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to market our available IT consultants (OPT, EAD, GC, USC).
- Search active requirements across job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), vendor portals, and direct emails.
- Coordinate technical interviews between consultants and clients.
- Submit candidate profiles promptly to maximize speed-to-market.
- Proficiency in job boards (Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster)
Preferred candidate profile
Good Communication skills and willing to work in Night shift 6.30 PM IST to 3.30 AM IST
