Role: Sr. BIM Engineer - MEP

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely production of project documentation as per the details given by the Engineer / Manager and company

standards.

- Study the disciplines before starting the models.
- Carry out DWG clean-ups for GF/QC.
- Create BIM models for the individual disciplines.
- Ensure modelling is done as per standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with BIM Coordinators / Engineers.
- Highlight issues to the Coordinators / Engineers.
- Create, develop and extract 2D documentation from the models.
- Export / print from the documentation Revit files.
- Produce revised shop drawings within the timeframe provided by the Coordinators / Engineers upon receiving commented

drawings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college.
- 3+ years of experience in the BIM industry.
- High level of proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Passionate and detail-oriented, with a robust work ethic; someone who meets deadlines consistently and can handle an extensive volume of projects.
- Knowledge of other related software (Dynamo, InfraWorks) is an added advantage.
