- Support the Value Management team in establishing and maintaining effective process governance frameworks, standards, and operating procedures.
- Monitor business processes to ensure adherence to defined policies, SOPs, controls, governance standards, and compliance requirements .
- Analyze existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement .
- Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, process maps, governance trackers, control matrices, and operational guidelines .
- Collect, validate, and analyze process performance data, KPIs, SLAs, productivity metrics, and value realization indicators .
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, governance presentations, and management summaries to support decision-making by the Value Management team.
