Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

- Acquire recent business banking customers with a strong understanding of credit assessment and solutions.
- Manage client relationships across Working Capital, Trade Forex, trade finance, and Liability products.
- Monitor and maintain portfolio hygiene through timely renewals, enhancements, and retention strategies.
- Minimize open deferrals and covenant breaches to ensure portfolio quality.
- Collaborate with branch banking teams to leverage synergies and optimize cross-functional opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and gather feedback from channels and customers to refine growth strategies.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer experience across the branch network.
- Support marketing initiatives and sales planning to drive business growth.




- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial statements, credit assessment, and title/security documentation.
- Promote high-quality customer service and operational excellence through continuous engagement and feedback.
