Position: Oracle PPM Functional Consultant

Shift Timings: 2PM to 11PM IST

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune / Gurgaon / Bangalore - Hybrid (Onsite - 3days a week)

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud : Finance PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Projects, including Costing and Billing modules, to join our team in a support-focused role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Projects and possess excellent communication skills to provide high-quality support to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Provide daily support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance: Projects, with a primary focus on Costing and Billing modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, system errors in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with business users to understand support requests and deliver effective solutions.
- Work & deliver Enhancements
- Monitor business flows and proactively identify potential issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.




- Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders and deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years experience in Oracle Projects, specifically in Costing and Billing modules.
- Proven experience in an application support environment, ideally within Oracle PPM.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud PPM and business processes related to project management.
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Desired Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with incident management, Service Requests, Problem Management and support ticketing systems.
- Experience with other Oracle modules is a plus.
- Flexible to work in Shifts
