Role & responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist customers/visitors at the project site.
- Coordinate and manage site visits.
- Explain project details, amenities, and construction progress.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Coordinate with Sales, Construction, CRM, and other teams.
- Maintain visitor/customer records and reports.
- Follow up with customers and ensure good customer satisfaction.
- Assist in events and handover activities.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Graduate with 13 years experience in customer service/real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
- Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Willing to work at project/construction sites.
- This opening is for "NEOPOLIS" location and for only "Females".
