Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of 20-30 members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the team.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers on software development projects using Java, Python, or other programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business results.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by setting deadlines, tracking progress, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in BPO/Call Centre operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) from a recognized university.
- Robust understanding of CRM systems, custom solutions development using Java or Python programming languages.
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
