Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for API manufacturing and corporate functions.
- Handle hiring for Production, QA, QC, R&D;, Engineering, EHS, Warehouse and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, campus and walk-in drives.
- Screen profiles and coordinate technical, functional and HR interviews.
- Manage offer release, candidate follow-up and joining process.
- Coordinate campus and bulk recruitment drives for freshers and experienced candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with HRBPs, Business Units and hiring managers for manpower requirements.
- Manage recruitment consultants and external agencies.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per approved manpower requirements.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR preferred
