Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Indian IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable IT candidates.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, CTC, notice period, and location.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer follow-up, and joining formalities.




- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in recruitment consultancy/staffing is preferred.
- Ability to work under targets and meet hiring deadlines.

- Candidates must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office.
