Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) team to drive business growth through innovative solutions using cloud technologies, data analytics, and agile methodologies.
- Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies to support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize IT operations through it transformation projects.
- Ensure successful delivery of large-scale programs by providing leadership guidance on project management best practices.

Job Requirements :

- 20-28 years of experience in Director Program or similar role with expertise in Data Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Agile, Cloud Technologies, It Transformation & Digital Transformation.
- Proven track record as a Team Leader/Leadership role with strong program management qualified skills.
- Strong understanding of industry trends related to digital transformation and ability to apply them effectively within an organization.
